In this world of differences , people always have to fight for 'state of being' or 'state of not being'.From the impact the world is experiencing, I have inferred that World = 2 State. If 1 State sings, another mourns. Might be there are many numbers in the world of Mathematics, but is just a mixture of 2 ( 1 and 0 ) and not to forget Female and Male ( Two again ); Rich and The Poor. Even when we nod , it means yes or no but can't be somewhere in the middle.
Discrepancy always exists. I have been experiencing some sort of Differences lately.Might be it was from before but I never noticed.
If you are an employee , then you may agree with me that half of your life is been spend in your work life. The Life which you spend in your work is something much more different than the life of your own. Mostly, after my marriage, I am having a tendency of drifting to be on my personal life rather than my work, but ya to smooth sail your personal life, on this current generation, work is almost as important as anything Else and hence I too have become more corporate -oriented in my life. I don't know, how long this exists but this gives a happiness of Independence even when I am committed and hence I move ahead with it. But Lately i am experiencing discrepancy ; which sort of happening with everyone who can picture it in their life. Working in your company as a permanent employee and working as contractor , i never knew the difference. But Today even though I work as an permanent employee of a reputed Tata corporate., I am still a Contractor to some other company, lets name it Company 'X'. I choose to be a contractor since it is near to my place, but one the cost of fallen esteem of myself. I am not been treated badly but there is a difference. The vision the company 'X' protrudes to a contractor is not similar as they visualise their own company employee and yes this is there everywhere, but it is a new experience for me which makes me sometime think that even thou you are meant to work and go, the mental state of a person have made me change and until I move back to where I was , I will be missing my workspace, TCS badly.
Secondly the Elders, I call. People who are elder than me. This is in general to whoever It co relates to. Their Advice, their so called ,"You know I am Elder than You" Thinking. I feel this is a new feeling which is emerging which is making me think. My Mind has changed from "I am Fresher" Mind to "I am 4yr Exp, corporate employee". When we are assigned some work, we need to use our experience and put forward an output which should be remarkably good and it is always pointed that when we commit a mistake than we need to answer "Why?, You are experienced ! How did this happen". But when we want to take a leave, we are treated still the same "You are suppose to ask 'all this sort / list of people' for approval".huh! This is one sort of example, but in my list I have many more. '
Much awaited Bellary Mining Act and its involvement has made Yediyurappa take a back seat from his CM post and people now blame what a shame , Karnataka is facing ? OMG its a state of high corruption . God sake , Bangalore, capital city of Karnataka is filled with non-karnataka people in the highest rate anywhere in India; It is called the hub of Software; when such condition exists corruption is bound to occur. Its not to be blamed on the Kannadiaga's why karnataka is facing this way. It is bound to ask with others so, why are they still staying here and talking as if they have come from the world of Non-corruption. When population increases and people are more involved in their own world, ignoring the others than there will be discrepancy. There will be increase in fare when govt. don't know what to do with the extra people entering. We are welcoming unlike our neighbours. I have no approbation to talk on difference in the state or language, but after being in Bangalore for almost 4 years , a response has emerged that there is no value for us Kanadiga or the value is diminishing.
Nelson Mandela Fought for Discrepancy of Black against White, and I am bound to fight for whatever I am going through and is happening in my Life. Might be I am not going to be enlighten with answers or answers which will help all, but I will make sure I get an answer to myself, which will be satisfactory to me but may or mayn't for all.
Discrepancy makes people a bit selfish and hence my thought ....
