Bhindi

Hello, Hi, Namaskara......Welcome to Prathi's Khana khazana Blogging Show :),........ From Today whenever I learn something new ( cooking i mean ), am going to post it here so that u ll get the answer of " what's cooking today in prathi's life " ;-) and also how to prepare it.
You can just open up my blog site and prepare yourself :)
Adding to my own advantage, it will also act as my recipe book whenever i do it again :)
Yesterday night ( 28th Oct ) it was tanvi and me, Pg's most less qualified cooking people, to show our talent in front of the most highly qualified ones :)
Mostly people was staring and wondering why are these two in the kitchen. Are they searching for a knife or something was their expression.
Tanvi was the one to initiate actually but i was also a very good supportive member too :) Ok
lets start cooking.:) We did Bhindi :) ki sabszi
Ingredients :
20 to 25 Ladies Fingers - Chopped ( Preferably cube in shape :) )
1 Onion - Chopped ( Long and thin )
Methi or menthya ( in kannada ) - half a spoon or less ( we added very less )
2 Dry chilli - cut into small pieces ( You can add Green chilli also )
Cooking Oil Salt for taste .
Procedure :
1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add methi and chopped Dry chilli
2. Mix it well
3. Add the Chopped Onion pieces , very slowly indeed
4. Mix it well until the onion color turns slightly brownish.
5. Add the chopped ladies finger to the onion gravy prepared.
6. Add Salt as per your requirement.
7. Mix it well with a bit of low flame.
8. Keep analyzing and heat it until the ladies finger turns soft.
9. Blow off the flame, Cover it with a lid and allow 1 minutes to cook by itself :)
10. Serve and eat it :)......Enjoyyyy
And the Feed back was remarkably good : It was smelling definitely good. Little bit onions where heated up more. But even then it was very good and tasty.
@Manideepa said : waw good , chote bache seekh gaye khana banane khelliye
@Rakhi said : good, Green chilli was required but it has well cooked, soft and tasty ( A good critics from a very experienced person indeed :) )
A snap for a proof :),....
Tittle : On the verge to end Prathi :)
